CARTON SYSTEM

These applications tend to automatize completely the cartoning system, giving solutions with automatic shape changing and automatic tool. In this way the robot or the anthropomorphic robots, which integrated in the machine, can be used for different applications using at the most the capacity, the accuracy and the flexibility.

These kind of systems can manage american cartons, displays, trays and carton-box both for long goods and short goods, in pillow bags or double block bottom bags, laying or standing.

The capacity of the systems can manage up to 2 inlet-lines of long goods e 2 inlet-lines of short goods.
 

• CARTON BOX WITH LONG GOODS
  To fill carton box with long goods, the anthropomorphic robot has a tool with two aspirating plates allowing the taking of 1-kg or 500-g long goods bags.
  
• CARTON BOX WITH SHORT GOODS (BLOCK BOTTOM AND PILLOW BAG)
  To fill the carton box with short goods bags, both pillow and block bottom, we use tools with three or four aspirating plates, whereby it is possible to aspirate 1-kg and 500-g bags (or 1 lb.)
  
• DOUBLE BLOCK BOTTOM LAYING DOWN AND PILLOW BAG IN AMERICAN CARTON
  Tool with two rotating aspirating plates (easy to be replaced according to the shape) with a possible lateral movement to satisfy the needs of the lines at high production speed. In alternative, for that lines with lower production we can offer a tool with single plate.
  
• VERTICAL DOUBLE BLOCK BOTTOM
  Plier with four self-regulating sides, with double brushless motorisation and shape automatic changing.
