Balogh Pasta Co. Ltd. has grown into one of the largest domestic pasta manufacturers since 1993. With more than two decades of experience, it is a 100% Hungarian-owned enterprise, purchasing its raw materials mostly from Hungarian suppliers, employing local workers, and manufacturing its products on world-class Italian production lines.
 
The company's strategic goals are to increase its market position, competitiveness and presence, ever-expanding export markets. These goals generate continuous development and expansion needs.

The story of Ricciarelli has always been linked to pasta. First as producers of pasta dies and then as manufacturers of packaging machines, we have always followed and preserved this product around the world. 
That's why today we celebrate the 25th World Pasta Day with pride.
 
We tought to take a culinary journey to investigate how pasta is interpreted and consumed in different parts of the world, offering you some recipes prepared directly by our locals.
 

Pâtes WARDA fait partie du ROSE BLANCHE Group, actuellement le Plus Grand Groupe agroalimentaire Tunisien dans le domaine de la transformation et la commercialisation du blé et de ses dérivés, avec une capacité de production de Pâtes de l'ordre de 500 Tonnes par jour.
 
Ricciarelli est partenaire de Pâtes WARDA depuis plus de 15 ans. Nader El Arbi, Directeur Général, nous a expliqué ce que signifie être une usine de pâtes leader, quelle responsabilité cela implique et comment Ricciarelli a contribué d'une certaine manière à leur succès.

World Pasta Day has been celebrated on October 25th since 1995, when 40 producers got together around a table to decide on its officiality.
An occasion we would like to celebrate because of the great affinity that has always linked Ricciarelli to the pasta's industry.

Molinos Tres Arroyos es uno de los principales productores de pasta del territorio argentino con sede en Buenos Aires.Inaugurada oficialmente hace unos treinta años, la fábrica de pasta siempre ha apostado por garantizar la calidad de todos sus productos.
 
«La envasadora de pasta larga sin duda marcó un hito en el envasado de ésta pasta, permitiendo mayor exactitud de peso y muchísima confiabilidad en la ausencia de pastaen mordaza» comentó el actual número 1 Juan Martín Eugenio Galilea, quien nos abrió las puertas de su fábrica.

The first meeting between Ricciarelli and Besana dates back to the early 70's. Since that day, we have traveled a long way together in the name of research, development and testing new ideas.
 
We met the #1 of Besana, Pino Calcagni, who shared with us a bit of history and told us about the attention and the care needed to protect and preserve the dried and dehydrated fruit that for years they have brought throughout the world.

Granoro pasta factory asserts itself both on Italian and worldwide markets and the production has grown from 150 quintals of pasta per day to the current 3500.
 
To reach numbers like these, it was necessary to equip the plant with high-tech systems that guaranteed an high standard of production and that facilitated the management of the high rate of return. And precisely in this context Ricciarelli Packaging Systems, partner of the Granoro company since the 1980s, has entered and today it continues to provide complete integrated solutions for packaging.

Coronavirus has revolutionized how to do a fair in this strange 2020: for the first time in its history, PackExpo did not take place physically in Chicago but exclusively in a virtual mode.
PackExpo Connects took place from November 9th to 13th and it has been the first international trade fair enjoyable completely in a virtual mode and it has been an alternative way to facilitate collaboration between producers and suppliers.
