Our skilled staff is able to help the customer in a rapid diagnosis of faults and in the set-up of the whole historical range of machines Ricciarelli.

Remote assistance

On the machines of latest generation, just using an internet connection, our technicians can enter the core of the machine, anywhere in the world, for the detection of anomalies, optimization of software and regular updates.

Staff training

We offer training meeting for the use and maintenance of the machines, both individual and collective in Ricciarelli headquarter or directly at the customer’s plant.

Maintenance contracts

For all customers who want to keep a high level of performance, the maintenance and the updating of the machines, we offer periodic interventions with skilled staff.
