World Pasta Day was born with the intention of celebrating the dish that symbolizes sharing and conviviality and to tell the Italian excellence of pasta, which has always been an icon of good and healthy nutrition.
This year, in its 23rd edition, a social charity challenge was created under the hashtag #Haveagoodpasta. Lovers of cooking, but also the absolute beginners in the kitchen, chefs and restaurants from all over the world will be able to join in a virtual spaghetti meal to “donate” a plate of pasta. How? Until 25 October, you could post a picture of a pasta dish prepared with simple and seasonal ingredients on your social channels with the hashtag #Haveagoodpasta. The more shots of photos will be shared, the more the counter on the dedicated site of Al Dente goes up, the more pasta dishes the Italian pasta makers of Unione Italiana Food will donate to the most needy.
